Nachi Sendowski - Managing Partner
Nachi has fourteen years of experience in
software development, consulting, and management.
This experience includes work for
a large company as an engineer,
a consulting firm as the Vice President of Engineering,
an Internet startup as the Vice President of Product Technology and
Managing Partner of The Enticy Group.
Responsible for the architecture, design and development of
five separate software frameworks, Nachi provides programmers
with the necessary tools to efficiently build and
customize scalable, robust, distributed, multi-tier applications.
As a leading consultant, Nachi understands that the success of a
product has not only to do with how it is implemented,
but also a lot to do with how it solves business requirements.
As a result, he has amassed considerable expertise in
vertical industries including healthcare, banking,
insurance, and electronic publishing.
Nachi Sendowski has been working closely with Microsoft as a
Solution Provider and Partner from the early days of the program.
He is certified in various Microsoft technologies and has published and
presented related work.
C. Conrad Cady - Managing Partner
Conrad brings eighteen
years of consulting to the group. He has worked
in all aspects of the consulting business.
Conrad's experience ranges from large corporate consulting
(Accenture) to independent consulting.
Conrad has worked in many leading edge
technologies, from expert systems to developing
application frameworks.
Conrad has extensive industry knowledge having
worked on projects in such diverse fields as
medical informatics,
insurance brokerage,
publishing,
secure messaging,
container management,
state tax processing, and
driver licensing.
Conrad is also a certified trainer and has
developed his own training classes and training
material tailored to the requirements of the
attendees.
Conrad is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and
is Linux Professional Institute certified.
